Easy to book in advance. Conformation of booking made by text. Alerted by text once vehicle arrived. Very clean vehicle. Courteous driver helped with luggage. Highly recommendable.
Never write reviews never even have a problem with bingley taxis as I always use them however I had a different driver tonight absolutely disgusting. I’m 16 he was around 40, I was in the taxi with my mum and my aunty and he wouldn’t stop winking and smiling at me in the mirror, as I stared disgustingly at him he still carried on. I never said anything as I obviously wanted to get home safe so we paid for the taxi and as I walked into my house he stared at me with the creepiest look. Just thought I’d write this to just be careful as something like this could’ve been much worse.
Called and within 2 minutes of booking had a text with car and driver details plus tracking Info. Car arrived in 5 minutes when I was told 20, driver was professional and hygiene and presentation was professional too. Will use again.

Always normally use bingley taxis. The drivers can't drive. Can't speak English and tonight I went to visit my brother in icu and had the taxi driver sniggering and making jokes regarding his situation. Tried charging me 4 pound more then on the meter. I'm 6 foot 5 and 18 stone so god help a young lass or anyone vulnerable. Never again. Avoid these creeps!

Very reliable company, driver are very friendly and provide a good service. Rides are actually much cheaper than Uber and quality of service is so much better. Highly recommended!
Booked my taxi the night before. Taxi was 15 minutes late. Booking office were very very rude and happened many times. Bingley 5 rise barred me from using them and I’m an old man I’m 81 years old. Can’t drive and can’t use public transport as I’m not fit to walk. Unreliable service. Don’t use this taxi if you want reliable honest service
I use this taxi firm a lot, friendly drivers, the cars are always clean and its the best rate in bingley. My only issue is the lady on the phone, she is very abrupt and sounds like she really hates her job! Makes me hate ringing up as i feel like such an inconvenience to her.
