   I pre booked a taxi for past midnight on NYE celebration and it turned up on time and was great. My only issue is I thought I added an automatic tip in your app but it says zero for the tip and I feel bad because I can’t retrospectively add a tip in the app either. It would be a nicer feature to be able to add a tip after if in app tipping is a feature. If I had known my tip wouldn’t work I would have tipped the guy cash in person but unfortunately I just didn’t realise.

   30yrs of using 5 rise for airport runs and the last few years has seen a decline. This year went in to request an airport taxi for following morning to be told no drivers available and best to book(fair enough). I then went outside and rang a local number to book. Turns out when driver arrived it was 5 rise so how does that work. On return driver was in area so we rang to confirm outside. As always it was a good 10-15 mins before he arrived whilst all others were collecting instantly. On way back we nearly ran into a leaner on a driving lesson who was turning round a roundabout which was embarrassing and driving instructor had to blast a horn. The 2 stars was for the driver that took us as we have never had issues this way. It is always the return coupled this time with the booking scenario means that a customer of 30+ years will now look at alternatives as standards have slipped

   This morning we used a wheelchair taxi to and from Airedale Hospital. The driver was Bash, highly professional, excellent driver who spoke to my elderly relative with extreme kindness and courtesy. Thank you for an outstanding service.

   Pre booked a taxi to take us to the train station . I mentioned this over the phone . Was over 10 minutes late so had to drive to the train station . I complained over the phone and asked why he was so late . He just said a lack of drivers .

   Just experienced an issue with one of the drivers. CX12 Blocked off a disabled bay and when told to remain in place so i could get it he thought i was jumping infront of him. The greed in his eyes was evident. The company may be great but this drivers actions make me not want to recommend this taxi service to my friends and family. I could have posted full description of number plate and area but im sure the partial plate above is sufficient enough. Please tell this driver that no one is going to take his money. God has written it all down for each of us. Calm down. Have a good day.

   Absolutely amazing service Nikki on reception was amazing, i had a lady in a wheel chair and a staff member stuck in bingley couldnt get a wheel chair taxi from any where in bradford and Nikki went above and beyond to help me and had a taxi there within a few minutes, Thank you so much for your help x

   Used this taxi service twice a day for 2 weeks then several times over six weeks. Efficient, helpful, professional, always on time and with updates before and on arrival.
