I have been using metro about 4/5,years always prompt service a few weeks ago I unfortunately dropped my phone in the taxi I managed to call them quickly the manager (sorry forgot his name )checked with the driver who found it and got it to the office very quickly and I was able to collect it the same night thank you so much I can highly recommend
Not trustworthy,extremely rude and aggressive receptionist. have booked taxi in the morning for afternoon, didn't arrive on time 4 times phoned them but the guy receptionist were extremely rude keeps putting call off.becaus of their rubbish services i have missed cocach for manchester airport now no idea will be able to get there on flight time.never again
Hi i know this is early to say but I'm planning to go holiday in 2028 for 7 nights obviously I'm from Bradford airport wise is Manchester airport from Sunday 17th September 2028 7 nights how much would you charge please heard alot of good things about you guys
I used the service at least 3 times and I was satisfied every time. They arrived on time when we arrived at the Airport. They also arrived few minutes early when taking us to the airport. The drivers were professional and pleasant. We enjoyed our time with Metro Taxis. Will definitely use them again in the future.
I had such a great experience with Metro Taxis. My driver went above and beyond to help me find the location of my new house when the address wasn’t coming up properly. He was patient, kind, and determined to make sure I got to the right place safely. To top it all off, I accidentally left my bag in the taxi, and he came all the way back to return it to me—no fuss at all. Genuinely one of the most helpful and professional taxi drivers I’ve ever met. Highly recommend Metro Taxis for reliable and caring service.

Been using metro for years .Now all of a sudden since the fares have gone up every driver is now charges a different price. I don't mind paying when the fare is right. Going to same place two different drivers two different prices. They're ripping people off now

Car number 125 is an excellent driver, show great customer service and uses the quickest routes. Everytime I use this driver he has a clean and well kept car.
A few days ago I used one of your cars from The Bradford Hotel to Clayton Road. I would just like to tell you how good, and how helpful the driver was. I expect people tell you when things go wrong but not when they go right. His help was much appreciated and I will certainly use your firm again. He was completely unaware that I have a serious health condition and would have asked for help with a heavy bag in particular. I am happy for you to share this with the driver.
