I attended here for a wake after a friends funeral and although I can't say my thoughts on the prices the rooms were big, staff friendly, food very good, location good and the interior comfy.

What a place. Proper old school social club. Busy on a sunday evening which is great to see. I live around the corner and will pop in here when I can. Entertainment on a sunday too. Beer is cheap and a good pint of Guinness. The staff are very friendly. Really friendly atmosphere.

One of my favourite venues when we play away from home. Easy “get in” (all on one level). Plenty of space for the band and dancers. No real ale so only 4 stars, but that’s down to my personal taste. Great atmosphere and very helpful staff.
