   Spent over £130 and was sent off with a flimsy, handle-less plastic sleeve that wouldn’t carry a loaf of bread, let alone my shopping. Apparently “carrier bags ran out” — at high noon, in a major store. For £130+ you’d expect at least one decent bag, not a Temu-style afterthought. Restock your bags, it’s the bare minimum.

   A last minute place on a ski trip led to a panic to find salopettes the same day… out of season. I rang the store at lunch and Craig very helpfully sought some out from the storeroom, as all stock had been returned as it was off season. He kindly put them aside until I could visit after work. A super experience in store too, again with Craig and another colleague. Service was above and beyond. I will definitely visit again

   I ordered some winter boots online for my 6 year old daughter and got two right foot boots delivered. Took them into the shop to be exchanged, but they didn't have the colour I ordered in stock. The very nice staff said they could get them ordered in for us, but my daughter found a different pair she liked. The staff are very nice and helpful and the shop has lots of different items to choose from which look to be great quality.

   Lovely place and the gentleman that served us really down to earth. I needed some gear in a rush and he was really helpful. Managed to get some good prices on what I've purchased so definitely saved the day. Gladly recommend for anyone that has in plan to go on a trail, camping and so on. They are having a variety of everything that you might need. I will definitely come again !

   I had chosen things I wanted online and thought I'd go to the shop to purchase them. Everything on my list was a lot cheaper online than in the shop. 2 pairs of boots, a coat, waterproof bags of different sizes. Would have cost an extra £50+ in the shop. So the shop is fine to do refunds and try things on, but definitely order online.
