   I asked for a taxi straight away and the driver arrived within a few minutes. The driver was very friendly and polite. I was quoted almost £9 on uber for a short trip to take my cat in a carrier to the vets. The fee for my trip with Local cars was £4. I will definitely be using Local cars for every trip in future. Excellent service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   All your taxi drivers are pleasant and helpful people. The two I had today were kind enough to let me ramble on in my ‘becoming an old lady who rambles on’ sort of way I seem to be developing nicely. It really makes a difference. Tips for both of them.

   I booked the taxi to go to hospital, taxi arrived within time allocated. But unfortunately Taxi was a proper mess. Seems like driver never cleaned car and very worst smell of the smoking. On top he blasted heating and when i requested to reduce heating, he annoyingly told me to open window and never bothered to reduce heating. Completely terrible service from driver. Will never book them again. Worst experience. Just look closely at picture and floor was worst than this.

   Don’t say the car is on his way if he isn’t. Waiting for nearly 40 minutes now and no one is even picking up so I can cancel. Generally service is pretty good for me but recently they’ve changed and getting worse.

   Booked my taxi today at 14.10. Called twice the base as taxi didn't arrive after 20mins and after being told the driver picked someone else by mistake l was waiting another 15 mins. What is the point of taking customer name if driver picking someone else anyway? Also at this point customer should be aware about 35 mins waiting time in cold. I'm very disappointed
