   If I could give zero stars I would. Original order placed 10th April 2024. Wrong items sent and parts of the order missing. I emailed to explain what had happened and received a quick reply apologising and saying it would be sorted. Since then it has been me chasing for a response or an update and the correct items for 7 months. I still don't know what is happening and they still have my money. Avoid at all costs

   The worst customer service possible. Placed an order, website states 2-3 week turn around for items. Email after 4 weeks, then told 4-5 weeks turn around for my order. So, after 6 weeks I email to be told they no longer make what I had ordered. Offered refund, gave details for refund and now can't speak to anyone. Avoid at all costs as they will just steal your money, which is basically what they have done to me.

   Thanks to Andy and Sarah from Macron East Midlands. Our team of gas engineers were in need of some work wear. We were looking for someone who we could talk to face to face about our logo designs. Andy and Sarah were brilliant with explaining what was possible and what would look effective. Our products were of high quality and look great. The team are very happy! We would highly recommend Macron East Midlands and will certainly be using them again for work wear and more!

   Thank you so much for my uniforms. Really impressed with the quality and price. My logo was stitched and has turned out so much better than I imagined, as it’s quite busy and colourful. Well done! Sarah was so helpful with styles and sizing which was brilliant because I had no idea where to start and had been putting off ordering for months. Now I need more layers to keep my team warm for winter, can’t wait ☺️
