   Have worked with freight agency closely for over 15 years spanning 2 employers. They are a great team to work with. professional, Upfront and Honest. With any professional logistics provider, the news wont' always be what you wanted, but its rarely their fault. they will always be upfront about whats happening and they have very good capacity to push the shipping liens to get a level of service we can't get when working direct, and they have very strong export volumes meaning they have great buying power. I have also passed on their info to other contacts who have struggled to secure shipping slots through the pandemic, and i have had glowing thanks back from these contacts thanking me for the introduction -because freight agency where much better than their original freight forwarder. Big enough for scale, but small enough to care. Highly recommend.
