Excellent service from Zenith Taxi Service. Drivers are punctual, courteous, and consistently professional. I’ve used them for airport transfers and have always been impressed with their reliability. I will certainly continue to use their services in the future.

apparently now owned by Collins Taxis (Monopoly comes to mind) .had owner call me today regarding the poor service by the male call handler of Collins,(call reviewed) and informed he won't be answering calls again . speaks volumes.
Great first time using this company. Our pre booked Taxi turned up on time, polite and caring driver. Had to change the pre booked return for earlier and they sent it straight away. Will be using them again.
Usually when I have used Zenith cars they have been okay, apart from the late times but I have never been one to complain. Today, however, I got yelled at by the taxi driver for giving him £4 in coins. Mind you I had trouble with the app before and thought I'd rather not risk it as last time it were frustrating. I didn't think £4 was worth hearing all that yelling at 7.30am on new years day. The service has gone down and I would rather go with Colin cars from now on.
I rang as I left bradford interchange to low moor by train. When I arrived, the cleck zenith driver was waiting. He was a lovely polite man, we chatted all the way home. I would definitely recommend them for a pleasant and safe journey home.
I've used Zenith Taxis for years and I've never had a problem. I'm very comfortable with their drivers.
I notice that this firm employs drivers who don’t give a jot for the rules of the road. I am disabled and couldn’t park in cleckheaton today because a zenith taxi was parked in the disabled space. A space clearly marked disabled but obviously car 11461 doesn’t take any notice of signs..
My girlfriend ordered with zenith to take her to the train station for almost a year, but they near enough ALWAYS showed up so late that she missed her train even though she ordered over an hour in advance and allowed for around 20 minutes standing at the station to ensure she didn't miss the train. As a result she sometimes took the taxi the whole way home. After some time she revealed that some of the drivers were trying to convince her to let them take her the whole way home once she was in the taxi as they knew she sometimes did this when they arrived late, and being argumentative when she refused. Not only is this MASSIVELY inappropriate, but it also looks a hell of a lot like you're arriving late ON PURPOSE. I advised using Collins taxis (they're on time and professional) but she gave them the benefit of the doubt for a little longer, until she booked a taxi that arrived 5 minutes EARLY to collect her at the train station then cancelled her taxi after waiting about 3 minutes - even though she was clearly on a train. The driver then had the audacity to argue with her and refuse to take her. Now we use Collins. So to sum up, zenith are always late. But on the rare occasion they're early, they will not wait a reasonable time. And once you're in the taxi, they'll try to take advantage of you.
I ordered a taxi and was told it will be 15 mins. I know it was Eid so thought that was ok. 45 mins later I tried to call to find where my taxi was. I couldn’t get through. I waited a bit longer, an hour or more had passed now and still no sign of it. Tried to call again to no avail. I rang Colins taxis. They told me 20 mins ( due to Eid) they arrived promptly . I never got any message from Zenith to say it had arrived, this was after I got home so I’ve come to the assumption that they never sent one out. What a disgraceful service and I’ll never order one again!! If you are reading my review then I recommend Colins Taxis. They actually turn up!
