Very unwelcoming and rude staff. They straight up look like they wish you didn't enter the shop. Considering this is the only shop providing labelled school uniforms we have to go to the shop anyway.
Good place for Uniforms and other accessories. Staff is also courteous and helpful.

This shop is truly a nightmare in terms of space and positioning. Considering this is the only shop offering labelled school uniforms there is no space to go there with a pram. Second thing, there is only one till and two people serving one customer (no sense at all). Like a business owner you would assume before school starts you will need extra till and more people serving customer. And last things is the quality of the clothes, soooo poor and they are super overpriced!

Wonderful history, great memorabilia. Not big but compact. History of rugby balls Gilbert too. Amazing how heavy the balls were. No wonder Webb Ellis got fed up kicking that massive heavy lump of leather.
Poor experience, taxi driver and company didn't answer calls from 11.45 until 12.15am, and argumentative on the phone the next day even though we have phone records to show all the unanswered calls. Lady on the phone rude the next day and no apology. Be careful using this firm.
Helpful staff after separate online purchase with delivery and click-and-collect. Good customer support via e-mail (ordered school uniform PE Skorts but received Shorts instead) and in store over the counter for item exchanges.
Have used twice in the last week and have been very impressed with the service.You have a confirmation text when you've booked your taxi,one when they've arrived saying the make of car,registration and drivers name and another saying thankyou. I dropped my phone in the taxi and the driver very kindly brought it back to my house within minutes,you can't get better service than that.I will only use this firm from now on and would highly recommend.
