Absolutely brilliant time today at Carmen shooting range with 2 7 year old boys. They loved it. Nathan helped us to get set up and showed the boys the different part of the guns . We’ll be back soon
Cadman Sporting (Northampton and Rugby guns) is integral to the excellent Barby Shooting school. What immediately struck me was the friendly and engaging atmosphere with a well stocked gun room and accessories shop. Ultimately, the quality of the buying experience is as much about the people. Special mention therefore to Matt, an RFD with immense knowledge, whose friendly patience and unwavering support cannot be too highly commended. Always willing to help me, demonstrate the guns and go the extra mile. Also ably assisted by Jonti in the shop; an equally friendly font of knowledge and a great shotgun instructor. Highly recommended. Good people and the personal touch
Absolute ****show. Made a purchase online for Hawke scope - 3 days later they cancelled my order out of the blue stating it was out of stock. I emailed back advising them they'd better amend their stock as they had 14!... Which is quite apparent when you purchase. Needless to say.. money happily spent elsewhere Don't think they understood the irony.
Great guys in the shop, rang up and enquired about a Diana Bandit air pistol, and I went a collected it an hour later. Had 3 of them all helping me look for the best type of scope/sight to go ontop. So ended up ordering a red dot sight too!
Website order: item not received, very poor comms - no reply to e-mails or voicemails (phone not answered). Finally told after two weeks that product was unavailable and refund provided.
Incorrect item shipped which I returned, but no replacement has been sent (as promised). Attempts to make contact by phone and email have failed - no reply to email and phone goes straight to voice mail. Very disappointing- I ordered wellies and they would have been useful in this weather!
Very poor service and lack of communication. Website states helpline open Monday to Friday yet goes straight to an EE voicemail and no one answers. I’ve sent two emails and no response to date. Very disappointed
Very disappointed with delivery service. Second order from them and both are delayed (order not even picked up by the curriers on allocated delivery day) despite the fact they have stated on the website (also phone verbally confirmation) that any order placed before 2pm will be delivered next day. When phoned, advised to cancel my order. What a joke…
