Disappointed in the poor communication, delays, and general lack of efficiency. It took days to get an email reply, after calling we were told staff were on lunch, and still didn't get a call back. If we knew it would take 2 weeks to organise we would not have wasted time when other services can provide detailed shipping instructions and clear direction in less than 48 hours. We were looking for a reliable freight forwarding company for international shipping but were frustrated with the service as a new customer and a small charity. Will not be using again.
