Never traveled with one, however they make there getting cars and drivers together point right underneath my bedroom window then sit and chat loud with there windows open when I try to sleep in this heat for.a night shift. Please guys go and chat at the train station if you have to chat. Not in front of apartment buildings.
The taxi didn't bother to turn up for the prearranged return leg from Manchester Airport. This resulted in a 40 minute wait. Once the taxi arrived the driver didn't speak a word of English and therefore another 10 minutes trying to work out his location.
I use marsh cars regularly, such a good company , polite , helpful . I used their service today and I was looking for my phone in my bag after I arrived home and realised I must have left it in the taxi , so I went back into the office and was told that the driver had got it for me . I am so happy and grateful that they were so professional and supported me and I have now got it back . Thank you gentlemen . I would recommend this service.
I REGULARLY USE for last 4 years 3days aweek adding up 2. 6 times MARSH cars &if Prebooked are mostly. A few minutes early and nearly every driver is polite rarely use phones wen passenger is in car ..Anwar. is best driver very polite very happy genuinely a lovely man if anwar didn't drive as taxi for marsh cars I'd think he was a man of god of Allah because he's so full of joy and 1 of best drivers goes out of his way to help his passengers and his like all marsh cars drivers are with me like the nice man who took me too gledholt last he was so helpful carrying the very heavy crates of water to church for me then once thare carrying up to door.ive been useing them 4 years now &wudnt use no 1 else even switchboard people than answer phone they've only been late 3 times in 4 years compared to the rest of the difference taxi firms in Huddersfield marsh cars are best and prices so so reasonable too grate service every1 like today I phoned about 335 ish and was on its way too me and 6 mintues later I was on my way home..god bless everyone at marsh cars ferrying too&from gledholt methodist church too &from Huddersfield parish Church ⛪️ grate service clean cars. I've used Marsh Cars exclusively as a loyal and VERY frequent customer for the last 20 years. Over the last few months however the service has become completely unreliable, cars either arriving too late to be of use or not turning up at all. I've recently missed vital hospital appointments and lost a fortune in missed train connections and hotel bookings. I've always been a good and grateful tipper, I always book well in advance, and a lot of the drivers have become friends over the years. But something has gone drastically wrong with the management and running of the service and all I can say now - after two decades of of recommending them wholeheartedly to everyone - is for people to avoid using them. On Friday 17th February they cost me over £200 in missed train connections and a hotel booking in Birmingham, not to mention a night's work. From what I hear they're taking bookings when cars just aren't available at that time. I'm really sorry to stop using what was an exemplary service and will miss the drivers, but Marsh Cars are no longer reliable, and reliability is a core necessity with any taxi service.
