I was told that it would be 30 mins. ,a taxi came I went up to the window and asked the driver if it was for Cowcliffe only to be told no for Honley. He then drove off without a fare. I rang again and the nice lady said the driver had put it down as a no show! She then sent a taxi again. I waited an hour in all. Disappointing to say the least.
Awful!! Will never use again. Had booked a wheelchair accessible taxi for my dad a day in advance, only for them to ring 20 minutes before it was due and say it was no longer available!! It was an important event he was to attend and his first time out since being in a wheelchair and could no longer go. Disgusting service!
Terrible I won’t be using again I wanted a taxi to the George and the driver wanted to drop me off at the bus station I understand it’s limited access because of the Christmas market but he could of got me closer to the George than the bus station. Deleted my account a1 taxis is much better and politer staff
Used your taxis on several occasions from NHS acre mills, never had a problem, turned up in a reasonable time, friendly and efficient, just what I need registered blind
Booked them to taking us to Manchester airport and pick up after holiday. No one there when we landed in Manchester airport early hours of the morning. When I rang to see where they was they apologised and said they must have forgotten to book it down. They sent a taxi I hour later, sat in airport with two small children. Said they only accepted cash, when I told them I didn't have cash they charged me more money to pay on card.
