Went there for a wake. The food was ok and the room plenty big enough. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of parking space.
Social Clubs like this are, unfortunately, a tad archaic, which is part of the charm, I guess. Friendly and helpful staff, decent selection of beers, though no real ales. These places need our support, be part of the community and, at the same time, enjoy good company and reasonably priced beers. Disfruta amigos.

I am mot a member but attended a 65th Birthday party at this venue. The room was ideal for this evenings party. Bar staff were excellent and helpful. Plenty of free parking.

The the first time you walk thouth the door staff are very approachable and the alcohol is very recently priced, very comfortable relaxing enjoyable afternoon playing pool, plenty of laughs and enjoyable The staff are very pleasant and approachable, good afternoon all round.
On holiday nearby, called in on the spur of the moment to see if we could get a pint, talked to a few very comical member's out side, told there was no problem getting a drink, have now called quite a few times since then and had a great welcome every time, Thank you.
I recently spent Saturday night in here by accident after getting on the wrong train but myself and my girlfriend had A nice quiet drink in A very friendly and warm atmosphere while we waited for the next train back to Cardiff. You could put the ladies closer to the bar mind, but thank you all the same for taking in two lost Jacks and making them feel welcome.
