Incredibly rude behaviour from owner. Always like to support an independent business however I Wont be spending money there.
Horrendous service, smug, rude and unbelievably unhelpful. Rummaging through other people’s parcels to find yours is really risky in case of damage and then being told “take it up with Evri” in a condescending manner is such poor customer service.
Poor delivery
Awful system for collecting parcels. Have to sort through a builders bag in the middle of the aisle next to the door, to find your parcel. And whatever you do don’t put the parcels that aren’t yours on the fridge. Awful.
