His car was lowered so couldn't drop me at my destination and had to walk 10mins in cold with bags after travelling all day with a bruised foot. Won't be using him again
Helped me out in the early hours by taking me home to Skipton after my train had been cancelled from Sheffield and the rail company had - for some unknown reason - only paid for a taxi to Keighley Station. Stars lost as the driver was dangerous; breaking the speed limit at every opportunity, braking at the last second, throwing the car around corners and all while chatting away on his phone. To summarise, great service from the office, poor service from the driver.
On time, polite, good value. Never been disappointed, would highly recommend.

Been a regular customer for years it's always been a good service drivers are polite and lovely but today put me off. I got a taxi and I have been scared to death I nearly ended up in a collision the driver today was wreckless and speeding I was never as glad to get out the the car . I was in a car crash a few weeks ago and was injured nothing to do with this company so I am a bit nervous I explained this to the driver today who didn't seem interested I pointed this out to him and asked him to slow down he didn't even seem to notice he was at fault cutting across a lane and the other driver had to slam their brakes on. Good customer but I certainly did not feel safe today As I have said I'm a regular customer and been a fab service for many years I would like to stay with this company but I need reassurance I dont get the terrible scary experience I had today. The first ever bad experience. Been the best taxi service in Keighley for many years and as I said lovely friendly polite and very nice drivers . Today scared me
First and probably last time we will use this company. 1) The car was filthy when we entered it, mud all over the interior and smelled like smoke (despite the no smoking stickers) 2) Very reckless driving. Pulled out on a cyclist which nearly caused an accident. Also, it appeared that he did not know where he was going. 3) When arriving at our destination, and I asked “how much?” the driver replied saying “I don’t know, how much is it normally?” With this being the first time getting a taxi to this destination, I did not know. He then proceeded to pick a random price as there was no meter or anything to calculate the price it should have been. Quite unprofessional and I expected better.
