Ali in Taxi 166 (wheelchair assessable) turned up on time. He was polite, friendly and caring. We didn't know how long our appointment would take, but he said he would wait for us. Wonderful friendly service. Would definitely recommend.
I was escorted to my train and met at my destination. Then taken to my next train. Thank you to all involved. It was such a help.. You run an excellent Taxi Service. Very miserable and grumpy. Not welcoming at all. We specifically asked for a card reader on booking and he grunted at that saying he doesn't take card payment. This is the 2nd time having this driver, not a nice experience of customer service at all. We're regular customers and don't expect this kind of service. Most drivers are lovely and chatty. Unfortunately the rating doesn't let you leave less than 1 star otherwise wouldn't have even give him that, terrible.
Yet another perfect ride today. The taxi was here a few minutes early, a different route chosen for my approval as construction holding up traffic on the regular route, and a pleasant, careful driver. Even with the inclement weather we arrived at my destination in plenty of time. Ilkley Taxi is to be commended for its drivers and the service it provides.
Ilkley Taxis safely delivered our family of three to LBA and returned us home after our week's holiday. Drivers were courteous and helpful. Appreciated text confirmation of bookings. Return driver was over 10mins late to pick up which was disappointing, but overall being safe was all that was important. Price was good and I'm likely to book with the firm again. Thanks to all involved in our journeys.

Picked us up from Kettlewell from Ilkley, on time, took us to Bradford, picked us up elsewhere from Bradford and took us to Saltaire, before picking us up a third time. Great service and good value for money with a lovely, friendly driver. 10/10
BAD BUSINESS!!!!!! Stay away from this company!!!! I have booked a taxi 2 days prior for Airport transfer, After waiting and waiting and receiving information that the taxi is waiting on terminal 1( suppose to be 2) I find out there isn't ANY taxi .Called the main office, whoever answered the phone tried to lie to my that they don't have a record of any booking!!! So how I received confirmation ref taxi on Terminal 1????? There wasn't any taxi waiting plus I been lied to as well. . Bad business.... bad customer service..... this company caused me problems with getting back home after 7 h flight....not mentioning about the extra costs..... Please stay away from this company.
