A male staff member was very rude and aggressive towards me, telling me to take the hanger if I was trying something on. I felt upset and uncomfortable, particularly because he treated British customers politely while speaking to me disrespectfully. This behaviour reflects poorly on the brand, and I will not be shopping there again.
Awesome service, super helpful staff. Requested a refund on an item, no drama, no issues and a refund was provided. I did have my receipt but was very grateful of the smooth process.
The biggest and best mountain warehouse for miles around, they stock pretty much everything you might need for your budding scout/DofE participant, often have discounts, and the staff are helpful and friendly too. I recommend the Extreme range for quality and robustness.
Just want to say a massive thank you to Lisa. She was very kind, friendly and very helpful when we brought ladies and men’s bracken extreme coats yesterday (24th Nov) in the rugby store. It was nice to see someone so pleasant as it’s hard to find that these days. Thanks again :).
Plenty of carpark space at Elliott's Field. Big and spacious. Good quality selection. Very reasonably priced. Nice retail park. Can get very busy at weekends.
Great prices. A little hit and miss if you are looking for something specific but I just pop back to recheck when new stock arrives.
Great value decent quality clothing and equipment. The one in Rugby is very large with plenty of choice

Took our dog shopping with us to Mountain Warehouse, staff were friendly and helpful, Betsie the dog loved her treats given by staff at the till Bagged a couple of sale bargains ready for winter. ☃️
