Good shop nice friendly service and some awesome bargain sale prices. Worth a visit if your looking for some additional gear to keep warm and dry this winter...
I visit rugby town centre with my friend and I whent in to milets to buy a bottle of red dragon gel. the young man served me was happy go lucky. So yes I would recommend this store for people interested in outdoor activities.

Visited the shop yesterday as I needed good walking boots to replace my old battered pair. A very friendly shop assistant welcomed me and straight away directed me to the pair I was looking for. The exact same brand and style I bought years ago, just a different (lovely purple) colour. If I need anything else, I will definitely come back to Millets. Helpful and friendly staff.
Very helpful and polite staff, had to make an exchange for a faulty product which was purchased in Cumbria, the item was reserved in advance following a quick phone call. Very well laid out and easy to negotiate, shame there isn't more stores local to me.
