I guess this college has gone downhill since it let's in kids from outside the catchment area. If you want your kids to get a good education you will have yo lucky. Theres a lot of unruly kids that drags this place down.Im sure over the last decade its declined just like every other school in leicester so if you have the money ho private or find a better college.Would give it a zero as I dont think the teachers are teaching the kids how to behave inside and outside the collefe

The single reason I failed my a levels today. Disgusting teachers(my form tutor was very good however). If the teachers were nice to me maybe I wouldβve got the grades instead being labelled a failure

Total Drama β ββββ
I go to it and I hated all 3 years I've been here so far, learned hardly anything without any support from teachers and food is raw. Don't send your child there unless you want them to be a failure in life

Most reviews here speak about the chicken or the awful teachers/students. But I just want to say from the bottom of my heart, everyone in this school including the staff are hardworking or at-least trying their best. Sometimes the chicken may not be that great, but if it isnβt Iβm just glad that there is commitment to giving food to the students. Personally, I think this problem would be solved if a group students volunteered together in preparing the food. This can also help develop the important leadership/cooking skills needed for life onwards.

Beauchamp college is a _______ school with rawwwwwwwe chicken. If you canβt season chicken correctly, then donβt make it. Animals are having here lives sacrificed for our well-being, and they canβt even cook it correctly. Not even the GHOSTBUSTERS could save this school. The school fell of harder than. The wise man has spoken.

My four years at Beauchamp were overall very good, the teaching is excellent and the support from some teachers is fantastic. There's a range of extra curricular activities from sports to quizzes which helped my confidence and their career guidance was extremely helpful. I'd like to say a huge thank you to: Dr Tas, Mrs Keaney, Mr Horton, Mr Reece, Mrs Saeed, the english teachers, Mr Allen, Ms Cox, Ms Eve and Mr Davda. They are all amazing teachers who believed in me when nobody else did, teaching lifelong skills. The chemistry department overall is amazing, with constant exam practice and how the teachers paid attention to everyone in class equally. All the departments are great, the teachers do genuinely care about you and help afterschool if you ask. However, I had a lot of trouble with my Maths GCSE in terms of ignorance from teachers and this department takes it very personal instead of constructive ways to improve so I had to have outside tuition. I didn't know anyone who felt comfortable asking for help in their office! Also, I do think there was a lack of recognition for students who work really hard and are slightly more shy. Despite working hard in class and out of class, some teachers refuse to see potential in kids like me, especially if there are students in class that are louder and get more attention. Therefore, I think bias did play a role in A Level grades that were awarded. I also found that during year 13, with multiple lockdowns, there was not enough revision sessions compared to the outstanding amount of effort during GCSEs. It was slightly lazy, when the students needed help the most. Beauchamp also prioritised City Sixth Form at the wrong time; this year was already hard and they transferred teachers to the opening of the new college so some of the teachers I had didn't believe in me that much. I had developed with teachers from year 10, only to have a lot of them transferred in year 13 as a critical COVID year.

There are certain things I can't say because my review will be removed but everything that I've achieved & will achieve in my life is in spite of Beauchamp College. Protect your children from this negligent establishment. 5 stars for destroying my life.

DEE ESS β ββββ
This college has gone downhill in the last 10yrs. 10yrs+ ago Beauchamp had a good reputation, only took on students who were local and teachers who knew how to teach, but now they just take students from all over Leicester (even little children as young as year 6), teachers teach outdated information, standards dropping, many students misbehaving and being racist, uncontrolled under age smoking (some smoking really potent stuff, some so potent that it doesn't smell like normal cigarettes). The school needs to take priority of the school rules, sort out the management system and keep the stray students in check. 50yrs+ ago Beauchamp was one of the top colleges in UK, and now it's just a pick and mix of students from anywhere, any age, and any behaviour. What has become of this school?

Awful, the management only care about exam results and funding they have no compaion for students what so ever. Only the odd teacher seems to actually care about us the students and when they do they seem to get punished for it by being told to do more marking and setting us more exams and essays
