Very helpful staff, made an initial enquiry on line but wished to clarify a few details. So I telephoned and was able to talk to an actual person who gave clear explanations and provided me with the cover I needed easily and quickly over the phone. My policy was in my inbox all in les than 15 minutes, excellent.

Do you, don’t you, do you, etc. take a policy with Direct Gap. Of course you do, you’ve just spent a lot of hard earned cash / savings on your motorcycle. We’ve had a number of policies over the years and currently have one in existence for my wife’s car. All of those policies were sorted on line. This time I wanted a policy for my new motorcycle which had to be arranged over the phone and was dealt with by Gail. 1. She was friendly. 2 she was knowledgeable regarding bikes. 3 she had great customer rapport. What more can can you ask for. Great experience dealing with Gail and a 3 year return to invoice policy purchased.
