My membership gives me the opportunity of receiving useful information both electronically and in hard copies via the postal services. There are a number of membership benefits and various webinars and conference to choose from. Overall a good membership for those in management and leadership positions.

Just received the latest copy of Edge, Wow! What a fabulous mix of informative, educational and thought provoking text. If I ever wondered (I haven't) If membership had broadened my thought process or added value to my leadership presence..... then no more! Have really valued the online resources featured in the Institute's MyLeadership tools. Loads of great resources helping me to focus on areas of weakness and identify my strengths. Great to have a means of benchmarking some otherwise hard to measure skills.
I would prefer more articles on the psychology of leadership, with a greater emphasis on rigorous scientific research. A series on major figures in the field (such as Drucker, Lewin etc.) and their contributions to leadership and management theory, would be welcome.
