   To cut a long laser story short, were deciding between the Alma Soprano Ice and the Nu TriLaze Plus. After lots of contemplation (I mean a tonne) we chose the TriLaze Plus for my partner’s clinic, which we’re running together. It felt like a significant investment but one that made sense for the long term. Right away we could both appreciate that the interface is clear and easy to use. The learning curve was short which naturally gave us confidence right from the start. The interchangeable tips are also a clever addition making treatments on different areas both simple and precise. I can’t make a direct comparison with the Alma as we never got round to using it it, but it’s difficult to imagine needing more from a professional laser hair removal machine. Having owned the TriLaze Plus since April 2025, the initial results have been great. However I can’t give it a full 5 star rating as we don’t have another machine to compare it against. This is still our first laser hair removal system!

   Nu Tatouage Plus has been a great addition to the business having previously owned the Nu Tatouage. We used it alongside the Cryo 6 to offer a tattoo removal treatment that is as painless as possible although there is nonetheless some pain involved in the process. I was able to negotiate a small discount on the Nu Tat + as a previous customer. The instruction manual, although it didn’t have a graphic designers touch, contained all the necessary information about how tattoo removal works as a practitioner, and what needs to be ensured before and after treatment on a patient.

   My team and I really love our new Trilaze plus! The medical CE certificate has boosted our client numbers because we can display the certificate in the waiting room and they can see that it is safe. It is also such an effective machine, and as a salon on a budget it is much cheaper to run than my old lazer. The free training was useful and definitely a plus point. The new machine is easy to use which means training new beauticians to use it will be easier. Probably the best thing about this lazer is that it is virtually pain-free, I know because I’ve tried it on myself! I went with british lazers because my friend who also has a salon bought a tattoo removal machine from them and said how personal the customer service was. In the beauty industry a lazer machine being down for even a day can be very expensive, so customer support is a number one for me. The only drawback I would say is that the delivery driver should have helped us take it upstairs because the machine is very heavy. As I was unable to manage it myself I had to wait around for help which was inconvenient. Apart from that though I would still recommend this product.

   Writing a review on behalf of my partner and I, who wish to give British Lasers a glowing review after purchasing a laser hair removal machine a few months ago (August 2021). The patience exercised by the team at British Lasers was fantastic during the time training was given. With our salon reopened, plenty of customers have told us they experience very little pain while having their laser hair removal done. The results are more or less on par with any other very high end laser machine however the graphic interface to operate the Nu Trilaze has been exceptionally user friendly and intuitive.

   We received the Nu Lipo machine just about a month ago and I have to say we are extremely happy with its performance - we've already had great feedback from our clients. Depending on the client's skin and body type, we've sometimes seen up to 2 inches off their waistlines, and 1 inch off their thighs in one treatment. Its Bipolar Radio Frequency feature is the perfect extra punch - when the client goes home, they're effectively still experiencing skin tightening effects because of the way this technology stimulates collagen production. We've had some clients report they've lost an additional half an inch in the next few days.

   Amazing service. We bought a laser hair removal machine and a tattoo removal machine both of which were delivered exactly as promised. Dr. Zarandouz personally visited our premises to provide staff training. We received detailed instructions, hints and tips on how to make the most out of the machines. We even discussed our treatment methods and how these might be improved with the new technology. British Institute of Lasers offer lifetime support and after dealing with their customer services a few times, nothing is too much trouble. The machines, which are advanced compared to our previous models, have provided the best results we've seen. As with any laser machine, the handling took a little getting used to but the machines feel extremely safe. A special mention for the addition of the SuperCool Technology, which is a game changer - soothing and protecting the skin during treatment. If you're looking for a trustworthy company that cares about their customers as much as their products, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be buying from them again.
