   Doing Karate for the past seven years, is no doubt one of the best experiences I have ever done. It has helped me develop as a person, help make friends and build my confidence. There is a sense of professionalism and ease when you enter, making you feel reassured that you are in good hands. The instructors are friendly and approachable, making the sessions enjoyable and fun. Plus, they are always there if you are ever in need of help or just need advice. I highly recommend going to this club.

   We have 2 children who have been going to White Tiger Training for almost 18 months (age 12 and 8). As well as being an excellent class, we have been really pleased with the mass improvement in our daughter's confidence. Kevin is a first class coach and you can see he is well respected by his pupils and the parents. We visited a few other places before making our decision, however we instantly felt at ease with White Tiger and believe the balance of fitness and learning karate is well balanced. More importantly, our kids enjoy going to their classes, and like most families it is sometimes pretty hectic fitting everything in, however there are lots of different times available to go and if we miss a week because of holiday we are able to go twice the following week. Give it a go, you will not be disappointed.

   My son heard about White Tiger Training from a friend at school who was doing karate there and decided he wanted to go as well. I took him along, and he enjoyed it a lot. He has been going for nearly 2 years now, and the training from 3rd dan Sensei Kevin Rossell is excellent, personalising his teaching to the age and ability of each student, always expecting excellence but in a way that encourages and inspires. I used to sit and watch my son train, but after a few months I started training myself. I had done karate before when I was younger, and Kevin quickly got me back up to speed and progressing along nicely. A great training centre, well run and with expert trainers who will push you to be the best you can, and encourage you to want to improve.

   Excellent community/family atmosphere. I have been a member for almost 3 years now. My children do karate and are getting on great. They get excited when they grade and improve their ability to do karate; I do karate with them. Something I also really enjoy is the emphasis on more general fitness: the gym is perfect for my needs. As a friendly gym, I enjoy participating in events alongside Whitetiger: my first half marathon was alongside Team Whitetiger in 2014! Encouraging and supportive: great value.

   I have two sons who attend the karate sessions. The centre is very professional but also incredibly friendly and well organised. The teacher is a good mix of authority and fun and it creates a brilliant environment for learning. I can't recommend it highly enough for any ages, everyone, of any level is welcomed and encouraged.
