AFB DANCE ACADEMY’s principal Annie is such a great teacher , making each of us “ silver swans “ feeling as though we have achieved something at each class. The classes are fun , and one gets to meet such great people. Annie is a superb dancer , highly qualified , but most of all a really lovely young woman!
Excellent experience with AFB Dance Academy. I had no dance experience when starting Silver Swans but felt very at ease in the friendly environment of the studio. Annie is so professional and approachable. The classes are well organised and I've learned such a lot. Silver Swans is a perfect way to keep moving and improve flexibility and muscle tone. Would highly recommend!
My daughter has attended AFB for the past 4 years. She has loved the weekly classes and summer workshops. Annie is very professional and we always know that Alice is being well cared for. I highly recommend this dance school to anybody looking for a lovely working environment for their children.
My daughter LOVES learning ballet at AFB Dance Academy. She adores Miss Annie and the older girls who help out, they're so good with the little ones and make it such good fun. Even now my daughter is getting a little bit older (she has been going for a couple of years now) Miss Annie is really good at helping them feel at ease with exams, shows and the general increase in the level of dance. She's great with us parents too ☺️
Both my boys attend Miss Annie’s ballet classes and love it. My 5yo has been attending for 18 months + (started in the nursery one and is now in the pre primary). My 2.5yo has also just started in the nursery classes, which has a lovely balance of boys and girls (4 boys and 3 girls?). I love how fun the classes are while also teaching about movement, coordination, balance, rhythm. Send your boys to ballet, it’s amazing!!! (Needless to say, girls too!)
My daughters, now 7 and 9, have been going to Miss Annie's ballet classes since they were 3. They love it. Miss Annie encourages them to move with enjoyment and expression, and, especially when they are young, without too much pressure to 'perform' perfectly. We recently watched them in a whole school dance show which we thoroughly enjoyed and were really impressed by the standard of dance (particularly of the older, more experienced girls) and also the joy so clearly expressed by so many dancers on stage. Miss Annie's communications and organisation are also always extremely clear and concise and well thought out. Thank you Miss Annie.
Miss Annie is just the most wonderful teacher! She creates magical stories each week for the kids to follow and my daughter has so much fun in her nursery classes! Definitely worth it :)

My daughter has been going here since she was 2. She absolutely loves it and cannot wait each week for her lesson. They learn dance steps but also do lots of fun jumping, running around & singing with their teddies. Would 100% recommend!
