    Beautiful nursery. Our daughter has been here since she was 11 months old and we will be extremely sad when she leaves at the end of July ready to start school in September. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make the children feel supported and happy. The nursery is clean tidy and fresh and the office staff are extremely approachable and friendly. We will always be grateful to the nursery for helping our daughter to grow and will start the journey all over again for our son in January!

    We have sent our son to this nursery since he was 11 months old. He’s nearly 4 and has loved his time at nursery. It’s clean, well maintained and the staff are really lovely. There’s such a variety of activities every day and we love that good quality food is provided too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Thank you for making our experience a great one, we will miss it moving to big school.

    My son attended the nursery for 11 months up until Aug 2022. We removed him from the setting following a serious safeguarding incident. This matter was undergoing police investigation until recently which is why I've not been public about it. The staff member from the incident was dismissed from the setting however, I did have some concerns about my child's wellbeing prior to this incident which I had discussed with management. The area of the nursery where the incident happened didn't have CCTV. I've also read on the Care Inspectorate Wales site that they've had a further safeguarding incident and that some staff DBS checks are out of date. This information is all available in their latest inspection report. They were also under the correct ratio level for qualified staff at the time (for Wales). I believe all parents should have a full awareness of the incidents before deciding to send their children here.

    My son attended this nursery for over 4 years before going to school, and loved every second of his time there. The staff team are dedicated to the welfare of every child as individuals and take the time to get to know everyone, including us as parents. My son's day was filled with a variety of fun and engaging activities that have hugely benefitted his development. My son has grown in confidence and into a kind, polite and caring little boy, and I thank every staff member in Little Trees Celtic Springs for supporting, caring and loving him as they did. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

    Appalling management when my son was there, too worried to approach me with issues! My son hated the place, some staff may be wanting to work with children and families, management don't and I know for a fact certain members of staff don't keep confidential information to themselves, but no point in making a complaint, the manager sticks up for the staff not the children!

    Great, welcoming and loving staff. Attention to detail, a wide range of activities, toys and facilities. Recently prepared a Christmas concert with the children. Parents were welcomed by drinks, minced pies and cake. Very thoughtful.

    My son has been going to this lovely nursery for just over a year now. The building is large open and spacious and with lovely displays of the children work which was a first attraction. My son had some medical needs when we started and they took on board all the information that was needed, cctv for me to be able to watch from home helped with my worries too. Staff are lovely and friendly and welcome the children well in the morning and give me all required information on collection. Yes it may be pricey compared to others in the area but i can honestly say you pay for a fantastic service!!

    Very poor management. Bad parking. Poor menu. Don't care about child's safety. Money is priority. So glad I am out of this place.
