Completley and utterly useless, should be appauled at the amount of aspiring students they've drove away out of pure incompetence.
Absolutely no help from them. Im supposed to be starting my course in a few weeks time and they still will not give me my acceptance of studies letter even though I have been accepted to the course EIGHT MONTHS AGO… Im now going to have to pay an extra 500 pounds to get my student visa faster because of them withholding this letter from me for so long. They say to give them more time but they have been “reviewing” my diploma for a MONTH. Absolutely ridiculous. No response via email either and calling you can be on hold up to an hour despite being first in queue. Really racking up international calling costs, especially after calling so many times with the same issue because they just will not resolve it. It’s to the point I don’t know whether or not I’m going to be in school this year or not. They have around twenty thousand dollars of my money in deposits already and will not cooperate with me. Im extremely stressed out, I want to be able to be excited for my new school but it’s been such a horrible and disappointing experience. I don’t know what country I will be in in the next month because of them it’s very difficult.
Terrible treatment of my friend in India. This office is virtually uncontactable with no accountability, my friend is now having to delay starting his course for a year due to the sheer incompetence of the international office
New year 3rd December 2023 office was closed, but no information was given anywhere not even anyone for assistance. Everyone got disappointed to be there. Really bad experience although reputed university.
Ridiculously unhelpful
They neither do respond to emails nor to phone calls! You’re an international office, your target group can’t just walk into your office!
