   Good facilities and the quality of teaching is exceptional, friendly staff (lectures/teachers). However, the receptionist is the rudest unwelcoming lady I’ve ever met. Asked for directions for a room number as I’ve just started first year and she proceeded to ignore and dismiss me saying she was working on something ‘important’. She didn’t look like she was in a rush/busy whatsoever. If you want your students to feel more welcome Coventry, don’t hire receptionists who refuse to do their own job.

   Stairs are a bit small, rooms are ugly, but it's a bit closer to my place than the other buildings, so it has something. I recommend coming here, but only if you have classes.
