Shouldn't be promoted through primary schools, these people are over priced and you have to pay the full term with no chance of even a partial refund if your child decides that they don't like the instrument. No discussion about group or single lessons, they decided private lessons for what I believe to be maximum profit. Learning music shouldn't be £12 per 15mins, it is ridiculous and no where near enough time to learn anything. Use YouTube, it's cheaper, more fun and you can take your time!

Threatened to take me to court over unpaid piano tuition fees, fee's that we weren't aware were outstanding because they failed to send us correspondence (they claimed they sent 5), we got one, followed immediately by a threat of court, and the letter had the audacity to claim they will be charging me interest everyday, from which the letter was dated and sent the letter with a 2nd class stamp on it (jokers), your dues are paid, your customer service is shocking, wouldn't recommend you to anyone, you're lucky I cant give you 0 stars.

As a non musical family it was surprise that my daughter chose music for her GCSEs. We decided some extra paid lessons would be good to support her learning. It’s an affordable service and great to have in school time. However my daughter has additional learning needs and I don’t feel that she has been supported with these needs. Part of the extra support she needs would be to be reminded of her lessons that day, which she never was so she only attended around half of her lessons. It’s therefore been money wasted for the most part. I finally cancelled the lessons after she missed 3 weeks in a row with no one taking her from class to her lessons.

My daughter sang in a recent event with her school choir and I was really disappointed with how the show was managed. All the older children 18-19 played first and my 11 year old and her school choir sang last!! We didn't get home until 11pm on a school night. The music was all fabulous but my daughter won't be attending again
