I enjoyed studying here, as the lecturers are very lovely, academically sound and always willing to help you become a better version of yourself.

Another Day, Another Welcomefest!! My first trip to USW. Treforest. An absolutely amazing day with warm, friendly souls - Holly and both face painting ladies ❤️ @St. David’s where I won a £10 voucher. Tash and Jamie in the advice zone, the gentleman we played Chess with, not to mention the lovely ladies in both Student Union Cafes. Thank you for making it such a great day.

USW is a reputable university with a supportive environment, a wide range of programs, and excellent resources and facilities. As with any university, there may be some areas where improvements could be made, but overall, USW is a good choice for students looking to pursue higher education in the UK.

Seeing most of the comments from old students. I am studying now in USW, so this is current review as on today. USW, especially Business school is in pathetic condition in terms of lecturers, curriculum, skill development, evaluation and other things. There is no permanent lecturers in these days. Part-time lecturers from various fields visits and frequently leaving the job. Old students (just passed out last year) also absorbed in staff team and they even evaluate the assignment paper. Program runs for god's sake. Absolutely no value addition or skill development. Waste of money and time. Only international students enrolling just to get 2 years PSW. No wonder, there is no single british student in business program. It would be great if higher authorities inspect and overhaul the whole system or just cancel license and move the students to some other university.

Such a worse, pathetic University I have ever came across. My friend received an unconditional offer from USW. Her application met with all their conditions and criteria and she passed her interview and paid the tuition fee and everything and she was waiting for CAS letter. And now she received the mail that she has been deferred for the next intake. And when we asked around, we came to find out that so many such students has been deferred by them at the very last moment. All of the deferred students met with all their conditions, passed interviews and paid their tuition fee. Yet they all have been deferred which is totally unfair for them. Dear USW, if your course is full, then why do you wait until the students pay their fees and applied for the CAS? Why not inform them atleast before they make the payment. I know that some of the deferred students have got offers from other universities and yet they chose you and invested their time and effort in your university. My friend is one of them. She got an unconditional offer from another uni and yet she chose your uni. Now her dreams to study for this intake have been shattered. Do you how how upsetting and disturbing such antics of yours are causing these poor students!???? This is totally unprofessional from your side. It is totally disrespectful for the students preferring you university above others.

Been there for a year of my master degree in engineering back when it was still uni glamorgan. Some people call it modest but it actually has a lot of equipments, a decent library and very good facilities in general. I had an amaeing year there and people there are wonderful.
