   My favourite place! Every class is an absolute pleasure, whether it's hoop, dance, or pole (not that I'm any good at it). Each instructor is well experienced, helpful and a good laugh. The classes are very relaxed, making it easy to attend even when you don't know anyone else. Finally, for anyone struggling with body confidence, one or two classes here and you'll be on the road to feeling 10 times better. Everyone is so supportive, friendly and quite frankly, no one cares how you look. It's all about lifting eachother and having good fun.

   I've been a blissette on and off (due to 2 pregnancies) for just under 4 years now. I have loved every minute of every class! The girls make you feel so welcome and comfortable and the instructors are fab. Its been truly a fun way to work out :) I always recommend Bliss to my friends and will continue to do so, its brilliant classes at amazing prices x x x

   I started going to Aerial Hoop classes with Amanda, and I've enjoyed every minute of it. There hasn't been a single week where I've not wanted to go, and actually started going twice a week. I would absolutely recommend attending any classes here as the atmosphere is very supportive, friendly, you have a laugh and make new friends!
