Amazing teachers!! My daughter has been a student of WSD since 2022 and she absolutely loved her Saturday ballet classes We recently moved out of UK and will truly miss WSD Special shout out to Miss Ruby, Miss Emily M, Miss Emily T and Miss Cat All are fab
My daughter has been dancing with Warwick School of Dance since 2015 and she loves it! She is a super keen ballet dancer and takes 3 lessons a week to perfect the skill ballet requires. Miss Emily has taught her for the duration and is a skilled RAD teacher, and may daughter has done so well. There are opportunities of shows to take place in, exams to check grading and competitions. The school is reasonably priced and offers more than ballet - tap, acro, modern and more! The new studios are lovely too. My daughter has made lots of friends through her journey, it’s like a community. Lovely place for your child to learn, highly recommend.
I have loved the adult classes this year, I’m really enjoying seeing the progress I’ve been making over the months. Sophie is a brilliant teacher, we’re always encouraged to progress and push ourselves whilst having fun and being supportive of each other. I’ve danced at a couple of schools before and never felt so confident and happy in my body whilst dancing. Coming to dance on Tuesdays makes me proud of my body and determined to make progress each week, and I’m so grateful to have found a school that is nurturing for all ages. I can’t reiterate how lovely it’s been to come back to ballet in such a different mindset, I had to give it up for many years and never thought I’d be able to come back to it, but it’s the first time I’ve been able to fall in love with it properly whilst loving/respecting my body and it’s limits. I never thought the two could co-exist. Thank you Emily and Sophie for giving me back my love of dance! (Photo of practicing strengthening exercises at home in the only space I have available!)
As an adult beginner, it can be intimidating starting a new hobby, however Warwick School of Dance and all of its teachers are absolutely lovely! The class itself is a perfect mix of learning, but also laughing and is an incredibly welcoming!
My twin girls are loving the pre-school ballet classes. The classes are a great mix of basic ballet positions and general movement which is just right for their age. It also gives them some great Independence as parents do not sit in on the class but can watch from a screen so still get to enjoy it. The girls look forward to it each week.
Fantastic dance tuition for all ages, styles and abilities. Highly recommended!
Miss Emily, Emma and Holly are wonderful teachers. My daughter loves her ballet and tap and has been going for a few years now. Miss Emily went above and beyond in lockdown and after to keep continuity going and to provide a safe environment to return to when it was possible. Thanks again!
