My daughter has been doing karate with USKO for 6 years. It is a super-friendly club, whilst still requiring dedication and pushing students to excel. The instructors are black belts with heaps of experience and teach karate as well as self defence techniques to a very high standard. It's a well run club with regular email communications and courses across South Wales. They do sparring (in pads) and there is a focus for younger learners on developing their karate through games and fun activities. Highly recommended.
