   Still the best; I have been a client for years. Great service and fair pricing. Also need to add I took my dog there 2 weeks ago- she had serious amount of blood in her runny stool and was throwing up blood for 2 days; I was certain the dog was dying. The lady vet prescribed 3 types of medicine and gave her an injection. It was a MIRACLE as my dog got IMMEDIATELY better, basically back to normal immediately. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough.

   Our dog has been with this practice for over five years, and we’ve always had a good experience. Appointments are usually easy to get, and any health issues have been handled quickly and professionally by Andy and Kam. They’ve always been calm, clear, and reassuring. The reception staff are friendly and quick to help, whether it’s over the phone or by email, including when it comes to sorting out insurance claims. We’ve also needed a few animal health certificates for travel, and those were issued without any delays. Our dog doesn’t seem to mind going in, probably because of all the treats she gets! Overall, we’ve been really happy with the care.

   I absolutely adore this veterinary clinic. The clinic I was with before noticed a heart murmur from my cat but suggested it was anxiety and wouldn't need looking into. I received a second opinion from Andy here who said he would suggest I looked into it with a heart scan due to know issues with his breed. Thankfully he was right to advise this as my cat has since been diagnosed with HCM which is fatal for cats and is now under the correct care to prolong his life as long as possible. The reception team are also very helpful, it's a great service all around.

   I called this vet for a repeat perception for our dog as visiting in Surrey away from our central London vet. They would not help and advised they only help registered customers! A job that would helped an animal in under 2 minutes. I am very disappointed with their approach as a veterinarian clinic.

   I had to have my 18 year old cat put down today. Andy, the nurse and receptionists couldn't have shown more kindness and care. Andy explained very clearly the process and what was going to happen and he was so gentle with Essie. A dreadful event made stress-free, calm and peaceful. Thank you.

   Excellent local vet who cared for our cat professionally and with great care during an illness that sadly led to her death. Andy in the team was amazing always explaining the situation and treatment options and doing his very best. He was also outstanding with my wife and daughter when the end came and really helped them in a difficult time. Many thanks indeed.
