Cardiff has expensive daily parking everywhere. Thankfully, as I was attending the sports facilities all weekend, I was able to get value for money. The sports complex is in a really good condition considering it's an old building. The gym area is well stocked with free and cable weights, rowers, and cardio machines. The hall was suitable for disabled access, activities, and equipment.

We probably have the longest standing block bookings that Talybont has ever had. We have been playing football at Talybont for more than 20 years week in, week out. The staff are always friendly and helpful, mostly they are students from the Uni. We have played indoors and outdoors and have built up a great relationship over the years. Nick on the admin side is always helpful and the staff in the centre are just great. I hope we can continue for a good many years to come. Facilities are good and have improved over the years, there is plenty of parking although it can get busy when the students arrive in September. Security is good, you have to be buzzed in if you arrive by car, the entrance is tricky to find if you are not familiar with the area

I played badminton with my friend here in the last two weeks. I will consider buying rackets and badminton for my next game. If you are a sports fan and like all forms of sports. This is a good place to play. I also like basketball and I play basketball here every month with my friends.

Well equipped, only downside is that there is no heating during wintertimes and that it's relatively far from Cardiff Uni campuses, unless you have a car/bike
