Charlotte is an incredible teacher! She has really brought my daughter out of her shell. My daughter has autism and she was very isolated and shy. I have seen a huge difference in her confidence, her body language, her determination, and her mental health. I am very grateful for everything Charlotte does, and her Pole classes are very professional, her creativity is insane. My daughter often shows me her achievements and what Charlotte has taught her to do with her body. I am always blown away how Charlotte embraces and elevates her. I highly recommend her pole classes. Charlotte is an inspirational, incredible teacher. Thank you Charlotte for your dedication and commitment! xx

I’ve been attending this studio for just over 2 years now, and it has truly been an incredible experience. The instructors are not only knowledgeable and supportive, but they also know how to challenge you in the best way to help you grow and improve. Every class feels empowering and fun, and I always leave feeling stronger, more confident, and inspired. The community here is welcoming and uplifting — it’s a space where everyone cheers each other on, no matter your level. I never imagined how much progress I could make, both physically and mentally, but this studio has helped me push past limits I didn’t think I could. If you’re looking for a place to build strength, confidence, and find an amazing group of people to grow with, I can’t recommend this studio enough!

I started with personal pole back in April after training with another studio, I was nervous about starting somewhere new but it has been the best decision I made. All the instructors are Incredibly supportive and the classes are always fun and have a great vibe. I wouldn't go anywhere else now

Unfortunately, I haven't been in around a year due to lack of time but when I get the chance I will absolutely go back. Incredible instructors, they're always so focused on progression over time. I always felt so confident and attractive every session I had. I'd absolutely recommend Personal Pole to anyone wanting to start pole dancing ❤️

Love this studio so much. All instructors are so supportive and knowledgeable. I always feel safe with the instructors and know that they will push me to be the best I am able to be without putting me in danger. I love it there so much that I have to stop myself booking classes everyday. I am confident that if I go to a class here for the first time I will still have an excellent experience

I wish I had discovered Personal Pole years ago! Charlotte's a fantastic teacher, she's great at breaking down new moves and her classes are fun & just the right amount of challenge. I really enjoy our mixed classes, she always has a different progression to suit everyone's level. Because of Charlotte's advanced pole skills & personal training background I feel in safe hands. It's a really friendly studio, everyone I've met has been non-judgmental and genuinely really lovely. There's a real sense of community & I've never felt self conscious there. I never used to think of myself as particularly athletic, but I've learnt to do pole moves I didn't think I would be able to do. Pole has made me feel strong, confident and brings me so much joy. I highly recommend it!

*If you're new to pole and you want to give it a go, this is the place for you! *If you've been doing pole for some time and want to advance your ability, this is the place for you! *If you're an advanced-level afficionado, this is the place for you! Charlotte is an experienced, dedicated, and exceptional teacher. I’ve been in classes with people of mixed levels and I continue to be impressed with the way that Charlotte dedicates time and focus to each client, so that no one feels left out. If we’re learning a routine, she teaches us options appropriate for fitness level and experience. Charlotte is meticulous about form and safety and because she also has personal training experience, is able to advise about exercises to do outside the studio (whether on the gym floor or at home) to ensure that students continue to improve strength and flexibility so that we see progress in the studio. I also have a spinal injury that can make exercise challenging sometimes, and I have seen incredible improvement in my ability, without pain or injury (touch wood!!) under Charlotte’s tutelage. I am a beginner (to pole) but I have been an avid exerciser for over 20 years. Across four different countries, I’ve taken part in countless classes and trained with numerous personal trainers. I find Charlotte to be one of the most talented, focussed, encouraging, and knowledgeable instructors that I have worked with over the years and I could not recommend her more highly.

If you're looking to start pole at whatever level, joining Personal Pole is the best decision you'll ever make. This is the friendliest pole studio in Cardiff. From my very first lesson, Charlotte was encouraging, helpful and professional. I've been at the studio a few years now and couldn't be happier. It's such a comfortable atmosphere at Personal Pole that I've been able to develop and learn so much more than I did at other studios. There is something for everyone when it comes to training here. It's the perfect balance between strength training and dance due to the different instructors. It's also the best fun you can have!

I would recommend Personal Pole a hundred times over - all the students are really friendly, and it is SO MUCH fun. There is no better feeling than learning your first spin, or climbing the pole, and going upside down. You’d be surprised at the progression each week and it suits ladies and gents of all shapes, sizes and abilities. The one thing I love about the studio is that there is no judgement - you can be as creative as you like, wear what feels good, and feel confident about yourself and your body in the surroundings. Charlotte is a fantastic teacher - incredibly determined, passionate about fitness and deeply invested in all of her students. Not only will she help you reach your pole goals big or small, she remembers your progress and will advise and guide you in a challenging and encouraging way. I would say she knows all of her students strengths and weaknesses, favourite moves and go to routines better than we do ourselves! I’ve been attending her classes for several years and was so pleased when she opened her own pole studio, Personal Pole. A recent testament to the dedication Charlotte has to her students would be the online classes she has meticulously run during lockdown. It has given us students the opportunity to continue our weekly routine during the uncertainty, strengthen our pole community as we got to see each other’s faces when we couldn’t leave the house, and also (importantly!) maintained levels of fitness ensuring that we could keep up our pole strength during the pandemic. If you’ve ever been interested in perusing a new fitness challenge, that is actually fun and feel good - start pole with Personal Pole. You won’t regret it!
