   Absolutely loved the beginners class, such a warm, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere! Felt safe and looked after by the trainer and as if she had time to show me individually if I was struggling! Can't wait for next week which we have already booked!

   Absolutely loved Georgias lap dance class! As someone whose not done much dance before, I was extremely nervous before class but as soon as I entered the room it felt like such a safe space to learn, have fun and be sexy. Will definitely be going again! Thank you x

   AMAZING! After emailing and speaking with Leah about my concerns (age, weight, health) and hopes (become confident, become physically strong) before trying out a class, I was very reassured and decided to go for it. Leah said she would look forward to my email after my first class as she was sure that I was just the type of person who would benefit from them. Before we get to that email, I would like to clarify that I am no spring chicken. I have physical ailments (arthritis, fibromyalgia, rotator cuff issues, Achilles tendinopathy) but I declared all of these in the comprehensive online form required before being able to book a class, and at the actual class we were very much advised to go at our own pace, and speak to the instructor if we needed to adjust a move - which would allow us to adjust it safely. And so, here is my email to Leah, after my first class: "As promised here's my email after my first class and as you predicted I absolutely LOVED it! Kristy took the class this morning and she was so welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. She really broke down the moves so they felt easy enough to try - though as you already know, easy is not what they are! Came home and cleaned house, now having a soak in the bath to help those 'pole-kisses' come out, then onto the laptop to book our next few classes. Both me and my daughter had such fun, and left feeling really positive, we cannot wait for our next class. Many thanks to both yourself and Kristy." ----------------------------------------------------------------- Needless to say, two more classes have been booked and I'm stupidly excited about them!

   I LOVE Chrome Roses Pole Dance. I look forward to every class and I can let my troubles slip away for the hour that I am there. At 40 I have never felt so fit and healthy and confident. This place, the teachers and the fellow students are so inspiring. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is so supportive of each other, I've never been anywhere like that before. I've been going for over a year now and I full a little bit more in love each week :D Try it, you won't be disappointed!

   I love Chrome Roses. I started coming here in January and was hooked. Leah is a fantastic teacher, hugely knowledgeable and really attentive. Her classes are great fun and I always come away learning something new. Since coming here I've seen my strength and flexibility improve hugely. It's the best Pole school in Cardiff!
