   Mama D's is a great class to learn to dance from scratch. All classes are tailored to helping total beginners with the basics with the opportunity to improve your moves later on in the class. Lyndsey is an amazing teacher and has created a rock and roll family at Mama D's. I have fun everytime I go.

   From a complete beginner with limited ability , Lyndsey and the team make you feel at ease everything is step by step and at your own pace. No previous experience needed and no partner either, just turn up and have fun! Great music, great atmosphere and such lovely company and all for £5! Do as much or as little as you like or just soak up the atmosphere, enjoy the music and the company - what are you waiting for?

   Well never did I think I would enjoy dancing. My wife dragged me along kicking and screaming away from a rugby match. I thought this was grounds for divorce. Then I met Lyndsey! What a lady. She teaches inspires you with professionalism and a smile. I am absolutely loving the experience. I have met and danced with some lovely people. They help, they don't judge and those with a lot more knowledge than me are willing to help. Well done Lyndsey, I am enjoying the sessions immensely, and I'm not getting divorced!!
