   My 5 year old son had an amazing time at MCD over the summer holidays 2021. He has separation anxiety so we were worried he wouldn't cope, but he loved it. Along with his sister he enjoyed every session and the different dances they did. He got on well with the instructors and mixed well with the other children. Thanks for the great experience.

   I love the Movement class for mature ladies. It's a fun class with a fantastic teacher. We warm up well to some lovely music. We are able to go as far as we physically are able to do with no pressure. It's a great atmosphere and can thoroughly recommend it . It's certainly helped my mobility and lifted my mood .

   My 8 year old daughter has been dancing with Motion Control since she was 3 years old. She had the opportunity to feature in a cbeebies Andy's Dinosaur raps video when she was 4. Her dance has progressed as has her confidence over the years. I would highly recommend Motion Control

   our daughter attends the disability dance group Local Motion; it has literally been life-changing for her. Her confidence has soared, she will now perform on stage in front of 100s of people - something she would NEVER do at school. The staff are incredibly patient. The dancers are given free range to be as creative as they wish with their dance moves which helps increase their confidence in their abilities, rather than focus on their disabilities.
