   Very expensive and crafty business. They take too much time to charge higher rates even though the problem can be addressed easily. They convoluted the process which was a simple NMO order defence. But did a professional service in the end never gave an idea of how much it has cost so far and ended up charging me £36,000 with no success in the case even though none of the allegations had any concrete evidence. I would not recommend this firm.

   If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I called to have consultation with regard to litigation case of mine got my the details taken and was told of the fee structure and that I would be contacted. I get a call next day saying they do not want my case as they no capacity and refer me to another firm. Not impressed at all, if this is how Nelsons law firm is treating new customers. Clearly my business is not good enough. I avoid having your time wasted with false hope.

   Years ago, Glynis Wright (MBE) dealt with my divorce case, which had ultimately an excellent outcome. With the relationship I built with Glynis, it felt as if I was talking to my best friend. Years later, without thinking twice, I gave her a call when I needed her services again to deal with another matter with regards to the children (who are minors)wanting to change their surname in to the maternal surname (due DV previously caused by their biological father). Despite the fact that courts don't easily allow this, Glynis was confident that I might have a good case with the evidence we had. The court ruled in the children's' favor, as Glynis rightly predicted. Throughout the whole process, Glynis dealt with me in a very professional way (as always) and showed patience and understanding during my many enquiries.
