   Our Family has chosen to use Dr Thorolf Christensen as a solicitor for many years. He has conducted conveyancing work for the sales and purchases of our homes. His experience, education background and legal expertise have been appreciated and shine through in his work. He has been particularly helpful in resolving queries from other legal parties with speed and efficiency, whilst simultaneously being thorough. As a result, Thorolf has completed our sales and purchases of our homes with speed. Completion is key and we are grateful for this from Thorolf. This is why even though we have moved far and wide in the UK, we insist on having Thorolf as our solicitor despite the physical distance. We are able to visit him, but the majority of work has been conducted via e-mail and phone, making Thorolf our solicitor of choice wherever we are! Review from Shiromi.

   Very poor rang twice on the14th September and again on the15th September they have still not rang back The sale of the house fell through and they didn’t even get in touch to tell me and still to this day (3 October) not been in touch

   I’d highly recommend Alison Hardie-Forsyth for conveyancing. She made the move stress free and her communication was excellent. Her fees were very good value.    Moved house with these solicitors and they were friendly enough. The sale went OK, but we had big issues with the buying side. It took them 6 months to register the house in our name. We were fined for late stamp duty payment and also had our mortgage lender threatening to withdraw their funding. At one point we thought they had legged it with 12k of stamp duty. This kind of behaviour suggests poor cash flow their side and was a horrible experience. They are cheap for a reason and never again.
