   On a recommendation we approached Alison Neate at Smith Partnership Leicester relating to a potential case of professional negligence against a firm of solicitors. Alison advised and eventually obtained disclosure of a large quantity of documents from the solicitors who had for months been refusing to respond. These documents were key and resulted in the Plaintiff issuing proceedings. Eventually via a separate mediator in London the Defendants started making various financial offers. Those offers increased until the matter was settled for a large sum. Alison was easy to work with and approachable. She applied her experience, good legal knowledge, intelligence and perseverance to the issues.

   Being a first time buyer I had no idea of the proceedings that occurred when purchasing a property. This is where I was extremely grateful to have Marcus Samuel-Brown and Timothy Kirk throughout the whole process! Marcus was by my side every step of the way in order to assist my needs, being able to explain a lot of the details I would have not known in regards to all the legal documents. As a first time buyer you ALWAYS hear about how solicitors take their time, don't reply to emails & calls and make the process a lot more complicated than its needs to be.
