I joined Emma’s Tai Chi classes in April 2019 & absolutely love the class and company. The benefits of the classes are numerous, including, better balance, coordination, flexibility and happiness. Also I have made some good friends.
I have been going to TAI CHI in Rhoose for 6 years and it is very beneficial to my well being as well as been fun and a way to meet like minded people .We are a very friendly group under the guidence of Emma so come along and join us.
