Within days they sent me a draft for me to check and upon my go ahead they really produced a professional and easy set up will. No hassle at all.    Been worried about my will so chose to use legacy wills. Superb service. Very professional yet dealt with me with empathy. Explained everything to me and even though I am very deaf they were very patient too. I also took out power of eterny and yes family said I could have done it on line cheaper, but hey I didn't have to mess about sorting it and it's been drawn up with my will. Thank you so much.    I am very happy about my experience with this company. From the start, they have been very professional and helpful. In the over-the-phone interview, they do try and sell other services apart from the basic will (and these did seem pretty competitively priced), and it can be a bit of a hard sell, but I didn't need any extra and held firm and that was fine. Everything went through without any trouble or complications. Highly, recommend.

   I wish I had read all the negative reviews of this company before I took the plunge and asked them to prepare a will for me. I only wanted a simple one leaving money to my children but like many of the others I was persuaded to take out a discretionary trust fund costing me over £600. They also persuaded me to use them as one of my executors. The documentation came well after the cooling off period and it looked very impressive and professional but so very complicated to understand. I thought if I can't understand it then my children wouldn't either. I asked a friend to look over the documentation before signing and he told me it was a scam and that they would be able to take a share of my estate as professional legal fees when I die. I decided not to sign and cancel but they won't refund my money because they have prepared the documentation and the 14 day cooling off period is past. I felt well and truly had!

   We had a mirror will drawn up. We were told the information required & given a time & date for a telephone consultation. We received the call as promised. The call lasted about an hour, information was taken, advice given & a week or so later the completed wills arrived. They were both as we wanted and were duly signed & witnessed as per the clear instructions. Not sure why we had to send them back to be checked but they arrived back about a month later.
