    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was in a non-fault accident on Monday, and have spent two whole days on the phone to this company - trying to get a replacement car organised. Even with extra guaranteed courtesy car cover on my policy, they wouldn't sort me out a replacement car because they kept telling me (without seeing my car or having it assessed) that it was safe to drive. Even after telling them I believed there was damage to the lights and exhaust - they advised me to put my 2 year old children in the car, and drive it to a mechanic for them to confirm that the car isn't safe to drive! I was told to do this by 3 separate members of staff - including a team leader, and even once I'd told them I wasn't comfortable driving the car as I didn't know what damage had been done. Had to get a mechanic to tell them it was NOT safe to drive, and then (only then) did they start the process of organising me a replacement vehicle. After 13 phone calls yesterday and more this morning, they promised they'd get a car to me today. I explained it would need to be big enough to fit 2 children's car seats and a double pram in the boot. Yes or course! I was reassured I would have a car to fit my needs. Well.... Without warning they dropped of a car - that is too small. I've had to send it back... I still don't have a car

    We used Auxillis Services following a car accident, our insurance company put us in touch. The response was second to none, we had a call from the company on the same day and within a couple of hours a courtesy car was in our drive, like for like. They communicated thoroughly throughout, we couldn’t have asked for more. Would certainly contact them and use them if we needed a car in the future. 10/10 in every aspect.

    I was contacted by Auxillis Services shortly after making a claim through my insurance company. Since my vehicle needed a few days in the repair shop, they arranged a replacement car for me to collect directly from the body shop. The hire car was clean, ready, and waiting when I arrived. Once the repairs on my own car were completed, I simply returned the hire vehicle to the same location. The entire process was smooth and efficient, with all the admin handled quickly over the phone and online. I was very satisfied with the service and found the experience hassle-free from start to finish.

    Auxillis Milton Keynes, I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the vehicle I received from your branch. It was in an absolutely unacceptable state—both inside and out. The interior was filthy, completely unhygienic, and had a horrible smell, making it incredibly unpleasant to sit in. It was clear that no effort had been made to properly clean or sanitise the car before handing it over. On the outside, the car was in terrible shape. The bodywork was full of scuffs and marks, and all the alloy wheels were severely scratched. It looked like a car that had been through years of neglect, not one that should be given to a customer. To make matters worse, the service I received was just as poor. The entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I expected a roadworthy, clean, and well-maintained vehicle, but instead, I got a car that was in shocking condition. I am extremely dissatisfied and will be raising this further if necessary. I expect a response addressing these issues as soon as possible.

    Following a no-fault car crash, I wasn't expecting to be involved in another. This time though, the car crash was Auxillis themselves - who I can confirm are an absolute disaster to deal with from top to bottom, from start to finish. - A process that has been ongoing from mid-June until today, riddled with errors, rubbish systems and unhelpful and incompetent staff - During the process I had to re-provide details about my claim multiple times despite this being provided at the beginning. My statement was repeatedly called into question by this company despite it being corroborated by other people involved. - I provided full details of the accident on the day after it occurred in June, and then was requested to provide it all again in November. Following that, Auxillis refused to corroborate my statement with other people involved in the accident and just passed my claim back to my original insurer without informing me - Leave you to deal with the scrappage company for your car without assistance or guidance, leading to a late payment - Delivery of the hire car was preceded by completely incorrect documentation that led to a late delivery of the car and the management of switching cars was handled very poorly. I was expected to drop everything to enable Auxillis to do this - it was fortunate that I was in the area to do so. - The cars I were provided were both delivered late, and the second one I had has not been collected despite the hire ending almost 3 weeks ago - I have not been able to speak to a single person about it and there continues to be no resolution. - Second car was filthy and delivered with a shrug of the shoulders from the delivery driver. - Bad communication with the insurance company leading to Auxillis attempting to withdraw their rental a week earlier than their contract with me stipulated An embarrassment of a company, with awful staff and awful processes, whose inefficiencies I am sure are leading to us all paying higher premiums on our insurance. A shame I can't leave 0 stars.

    Absolutely first class. Delivered my courtesy car on the date and time that they said they would as my own vehicle was taken for repair. The courtesy car, a Mercedes CLA was in immaculate condition with only 14 miles the clock! As my own car was returned after repair Auxillis then came and picked up the courtesy vehicle. The whole procedure went without a hitch and would recommend Auxillis to anyone. Many thanks.

I totally recommend Auxillis and it's wonderful employees. The courtesy car is lovely too. Special thanks to the gentleman that delivered it, it was a privilege to have met him and he is definately an asset to Auxillis.

    I have used "Auxillis" in March 2022 after having car accident and they delivered car without filled in documents. On the documents car showed no damage even if it had scratches and dents (also drivers door were re-painted, it could be seen from paint marks on plastic stripe). Driver asked me to sign paperwork which I have refused to do so. Auxillis company is used by Churchill insurance. I have asked Churchill to use different company for curtesy car, but they explained to me that they got contract with them and can not offer different option. I ended up handing car back to Auxillis and renting car from more reputable company in my own expenses.

    Outstanding and above and beyond in the service. All staff were friendly and professional and explained the process are each step of the claim. When there was a delay in my hire car they reacted promptly and made it their business to have it sorted by end of day. The car I received was a high end too of the range model and I felt that I was treated like a valued customer. I was updated with daily emails on the status of my claim and got my cheques promptly too. I'm so grateful that they made the whole process stress free and can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you
