   Not very good, avoid! Paid for a year insurance up front from date expected to collect vehicle. Vehicle collection was delayed. Insurance documents were sent to the wrong address! When I finally collected vehicle, my mechanic advised that unroadworthy, shouldn't have passed its recent MOT. Had the vehicle less than 1 week but because the cancellation was outside of the 14 day period, I got less than half of my money back. Very unhappy and wouldn't recommend using.

   Just got a quote on the phone for a Honda Acty, young chap told me the price and I said i'd get alternative quotes as was the most expensive policy I would have (as it would be) and can he email it over to me as id come back if I cant get it cheaper, before I could finish my sentence........he hung up on me. He also added a legal cover option I didnt ask for and dropped it into conversation as he gave the quote to me. AVOID AVOID AVOID UPDATE: still not received the quote on email and have since gone with Adrian Flux at £90 cheaper and received all policy details on email already, much better!

   Great service from Thomas, he went the extra mile explaining the different insurance option when looking to insure my van with a view to converting to a Campervan. Even though initially I couldn't go with his company, he kept helping. His advice and knowledge really helped me understand what insurance companies are interested in when I insuring a campervan. Once the conversion was done I went back to Thomas and arranged my cover with him, got a great rate for me and 2 named drivers on a fully comprehensive basis. Even after I was signed up he has continued to answer my questions. Hoping to stay with him for years to come. Absolute pleasure to deal with and a credit to his company.

   Early days, however I have received excellent service from Adam. He got me the lowest price on my specialist imported vehicle, with a reputable Lloyds company and great cover including a low excess and legal expenses included. He is also a pleasure to deal with.

   Terrible service. After reviving a quote online these guys could not take payment online. They promised a call back. After not calling me I requested another call back. This time I did get my call back, however the agent refused to honour the price I had been quoted, despite me having my reference. Some lackluster excuse was made and I was promised another callback. No prizes for guessing this didn't happen, so I chased it and was told my agent would call me back two minutes later. When that failed to happen I gave up after losing all faith in these clowns. Completely incompetent and unprofessional service.
