   We used Liz based on the recommendation of a local agent (who actually advised against using their own services!!). Liz and Lyn were always incredibly helpful, efficient and fast to respond in what was a bit of a challenging move (inept sellers up the chain). They were 1000 times better to deal with than the slightly cheaper 'online' solicitors we'd used for our previous move.
