    Alster Kelley solicitors are very unreliable. Broken appointments, communication abysmal, four important phone call appointments not kept. Explanations totally unsatisfactory given by Taren Sadwell. Avasive and lacking commitment in this case by promising appointments via Nazia Zubai. This case has been going on for nearly five years, with four separate solicitors dealing with it at a cost of over £60,000 and holding up a £350,000 business transaction, through their lack of response. They need to be brought to the attention of the SRA.

    Helen Checketts. Incompetent, lazy and uncaring. Single handedly made our life a living hell dragging out conveyancing for 5 months. I would never, ever, buy or sell a house if her name is even mentioned in proceedings again. Avoid or risk being homeless.
