   I had a wonderful experience at Medivet with my cat. I had an incident where I was very worried about my cat’s health, and the team at Medivet were incredibly supportive. They listened carefully, reassured me throughout, and treated my cat with such kindness and professionalism. Their care made a stressful situation much easier, and I left feeling grateful and confident my cat was in safe hands.

   I came today in a hurry, the receptionist (Annaliesse) was so helpful and accommodating, they managed to squeeze us in and make time for us knowing we were 45 minutes away, once there the veterinarian (Sarah) was outstanding, she was kind gentle and explained everything, giving my cat a full health check and truly going above and beyond. As a pet owner we all have a need to see our cat get the best care, especially when they can’t word their pain or need. Having many bad experiences in the past can ruin your interpretation of the vets but the service today made me feel confident that Medivet Battersea is truly a top service provider for your pet.

   Miha and the team at Medivet are absolutely brilliant! Me and Yoda always have such a warm welcome every time we go. Miha takes such good care of Yoda and we have such great conversations about his current and future preventative care. I recommend them 100%. Miha always makes Yoda feel calm and gives his lots of belly rubs and treats. Brilliant vets practice!

   I have been taking my dog Charlie to Battersea Medivet for 8 years now - initially recommended by a good friend. Miha is an exceptional vet, and a beautiful person, so caring and always giving 100% every visit. This level of care and professionalism reflect on the culture of the whole team who are always nice, accommodating & super helpful. It is such a great comfort to be able to rely on your vet and trust that they will look after your furry friend with love and much care. My experience over the years has always been a high standard of care, professionalism and understanding. I haven’t had a single “bad” experience, not once. Any time I’ve called in to ask for advice or anything at all, the team were prompt to advise, help or even get back to me the same day with the right information. There have been times I have non - intentionally missed an appointment, and was treated with nothing but kindness. No matter how busy the team are, I have never felt rushed, and any time I needed an emergency appointment, they would find the time for Charlie to be seen. Prompt and efficient at communicating, and always transparent with their fees, making sure you are well informed before any treatment takes place. I honestly don’t know what more a person could ask for, I feel so lucky and extremely grateful! Thank you so much Miha and the team at Battersea - super grateful for your kindness and for always being able to walk away knowing that Charlie is well cared for, it means the world.

   From my heart, Medivet Battersea and Camberwell have both been super amazing to us and our cats. We are now going to the one in Battersea and they are SOOOO welcoming and nice. It sincerely feels like home, and the staff like family. This is how they treat clients. I was amazed at how attentive and polite they all are. They even called to ask about our kitten now after it was really sick. I cannot thank the team enough for how they made us feel and the support they provided when we desperately needed it. Our cats were well looking after for sure. Its not only about them doing their work, they are actually caring and passionate about what they do. Always greeting clients with a smile when you walk in. They are a fantastic team. Keep it up guys. Im recommending all my friends and clients to you.
